Ours begins on a mountain road, and ends at your window
Long before there was a truck, there was a family kitchen in Nepal — a pressure cooker ticking on the stove, a pile of dough waiting to be folded, and whoever walked through the door being handed a plate before they could take their shoes off.
We packed that kitchen into a food truck and drove it to Queensland. The mountains stayed behind, but the traditions travelled: the patience, the hand-work, the spices roasted until the whole street knows what is coming.

Our story
A Himalayan kitchen on four wheels
Two chefs, eleven years between the tandoor, the wok and the momo steamer, and a lifetime of family recipes carried from Nepal. Every momo is folded by hand, every curry simmered from scratch that morning.
